Having worked in the industry for over 15 years as an employee in other firms, I gained much insight into the inner workings of the process when purchasing a property. It was only when I purchased my own first property that I understood the situation from a customer perspective, this is possibly one of the most significant milestones in a person's life. I took mental note of everything I could do differently to impact a client experience in a positive way, rather than a fleeting relationship between a customer and a broker, I envisioned a business where long term professional relationships could be established between the broker and client.
